Condo restoration and milestone inspection repairs in Palm Beach County

Condo and co-op milestone inspections: 25 years within 3 miles of the coast, 30 otherwise.

Palm Beach County has no countywide 40-year recertification program. Condominium and cooperative buildings fall under Florida’s milestone inspection law. In unincorporated Palm Beach County, buildings three stories or taller within three miles of a coastline need their first milestone inspection at 25 years, and buildings farther inland at 30 years, then every 10 years.
