Florida associations now face mandatory structural inspections and funded reserves. Licensed engineers and architects write the reports. We turn their findings into scoped, sequenced, permitted repair work.

Method

Engineering first. Construction second.

  1. Condition assessment

Sounding, cores, and chloride and carbonation testing, coordinated with the engineer of record, to measure the real extent of damage.

  2. Engineered scope

Repair details and quantities set with the engineer, priced by unit so the budget tracks what is found.

  3. Permitting & phasing

Permits, shoring plans and a stack-by-stack schedule built around residents who stay in their homes.

  4. Construction

Daily QA, photo-documented repair locations and weekly quantity reconciliation with management.

  5. Closeout

Final inspections, closed permits, as-built repair maps and the documentation your engineer needs for the amended report.
